The only problem is the battery, it dies at around 20 hours of constant use. But seriously, that was on a plane from Taiwan and thanks to this product i was asleep most of the time. This product does not make your ears sweat or ache from constant use and the sound quality is a 9 out of 10. Noise cancellation is the best I have seen or not heard. It deadened an aircraft. This product charges fairly quickly and had no issues connecting to my android phone, Samsung tv, or the plane's entertainment system. a real con for me is a cannot listen to audio via a USB connection, but that is not a show stopper and not why I purchased this product. While this product is expensive it was money well spent.

Great sound and I like the blue tooth attachment to multiple devices because that’s how I stream, listen to music, and play games. I initially had issues with the battery charge getting low so quickly but once I turned off immersion mode it got better.

While these headphones are GORGEOUS, super comfortable, superior sound quality, and have excellent noise-cancelling capabilities… they do not stay on my head. The minute I lay back to do chest press at the gym, or lean forward (even just to tie my shoe), they slide right off. I have quite a large head, too, and yet they fall off to no avail. Super bummed about it but I cannot justify the price for a pair of headphones that do not stay on.

I got these for Christmas and can’t believe I’ve been going to the gym without them for so long. They keep out all the noise and the cushioning is in all the right spots.

I’m not going to discuss the sound of these because all the audiophiles have already told you all the tech stuff you need to know. I’m a middle-aged woman who splurged and bought these because we have a new puppy in the house and her barking is driving me insane. I thought this would make my life easier and help me through training. I figured I can also use them for the gym. I’ve owned these for 24 hours and with the price point I expected them to be perfect. There is way too much tweaking involved. For instance, when I use them with an iPhone 14, the volume is just not loud enough even though I have it on max. I spent hours on the Internet trying to research how to fix that. When I use them with my MacBook, they are loud. But don’t plan on carrying my MacBook around the gym when I want loud music during a workout. I spent even more time researching how to make them louder when using them with an iPhone and no one on various websites really seems to know the answer to that. I checked the firmware and it’s all up-to-date so that’s not an issue. Nobody should have to research this much information with a brand new pair of headphones at this price. Also, last night I plugged them in expecting a full charge this morning, and after 12 hours of charging, they are still only at 90% which makes no sense to me. I really don’t have the patience to go research this all day on the Internet and find out why they didn’t charge to 100%. So because of lack of ease of use, they are just going back to the store.

Best sound, headphone controls, comfort. Had Sonys and returned as I had Bose before and like them much better in comparison.

Sounds cancellation is great! Comfortable as well, battery life is great. If you are a loud music listener the sound isn't too loud, but the sound cancelling and clarity makes up for it.

Very good quality headphones. Had the xm5s before these headphones and the bose sound more clear with more bass. I only prefer the sound of bose over sony and think this is a good investment if you want premium sounding headphones.

Ironically using them right now in the gym and I hear nothing around me, but with a click of a button I can hear people IF I WANT.

OMG!!! I have heard layers of music within my favorite tunes that I never have heard before! The noise canceling feature is absolutely incredible, too. These headphones produce sound quality that’s better than any speaker I’ve ever owned- and I’ve had a pair of Heresy II’s. I will enjoy these for a lifetime. That’s Bose quality you can count on…. What are you waiting for?

It was a birthday gift for my son. He said they were awesome and since he was traveling to Japan they were just in time to cancel out any unwanted noise.
