Great headphones. Soind quality is up there and the noise cancellation is good.

I bought these headphones for their noise canceling properties, so that's what I'm going to focus on. Headphones cancel noise in two ways: Active and Passive. Active cancels it by playing sound waves to counter the sounds around you. It only works with consistent noises like a plane engine or an ac unit. Passive works by physically blocking the noise, it's similar to blocking noise with your fingers. This headset is advertised as having both types and fails at both of them. Best Buy doesn’t have a "specification" for passive noise canceling(PNC), but it does have one for "sound isolating" which is the closest to PNC that I could find. For the active noise canceling, on its strongest setting, it dampens consistent noises, but that's all. It doesn't cancel them out, they are still quite loud. My best example is a vacuum, despite the fact it is a consistent sound, and what the active noise canceling is made for, I still hear the vacuum quite loudly. Even from six feet away, I can hear an average power fan. It fails at canceling noise. As for the sound isolating, it doesn't isolate sound. Wearing the headphones doesn't even dampen noise from close up, unwinding the cord of a vacuum is the same level of volume while wearing the headphones or not wearing them. Dogs barking more than two rooms away is muffled by maybe 20% while wearing them. This level of noise canceling is something I'd expect from 100 dollar, poor quality headphones. Not headphones worth $300 or "$429 competitor's price." Calling this "sound isolating" is negligent at best and willfully ignorant or malicious at worst, I expected better from Best Buy. Don't waste your money, I'm planning on refunding at my first opportunity.

Second best in both ANC (XM6) and sound quality (M4). Still very very good.

Great headphones and so far i love the sound.it was worth the money compared to Beats studio Pro which to me sounded like the beats were missing something in sound.

This is my third Bose headset and they are more amazing then the 1st pair was many years ago. Easy connect, the noise cancelling is awesome. Much better than earlier versions which were more noise dampening.

Comfortable wear with a fantastic sojnd quality. The noise cancellation is one of the beat I’ve experienced. They are perfect for everyday and essential for travel. I am going to buh another one for my wife.

Bose headphones is so easy to use. The sound clarity and quality is sublime. I am nearly deaf relying on lip reading and although for my needs the volume could be higher I am able to hear enough to lip read when possible to get complete enjoyment of my music and shows. Well worth the price!

Incredible. Wasn’t sure they’d be worth the price point. Experimented with a lot of others before landing on these. Finally decided I had to give them a shot. They’ve been so worth it. I love putting them on every time that I do. The noise cancelling is excellent. Top of the line.

The sound is great and the noise suppression really makes you feel isolated from the ambient noise. Will take some time to get adjusted to the controls and auto systems.

Definitely a must for work outs! I had the old set and loved them. I definitely needed a new set. Those are lighter and so much more easily to connect to your phone. I would say you would love them.

They are mid for the price but they’re really comfortable and fit snug. I have a pretty big head and they don’t give me a headache.

It was a great buy, and it was the item I needed for work and personal use. If you get distracted by any noise, these are the headphones to use. Also, these are amazing to use on a plane to cancel all the unnecessary voices from people and not hear the loud noises of the plane as well.

Super high quality sound and impressive spatial aspect. Only issue is when connecting to my TV that has a Sonos system, they compete for the connection and goes in and out. Besides that, they are amazing, especially on plane travel. If they go on sale, get them. You won’t be disappointed.
