    Let me preface by saying Ive been a loyal Bose customer for years. I had my wireless QuietComfort headphones for about 6 years. They were great. The only issue was the batteries were starting to show their age. Other than that, they were/are perfect (I still own them). I decided to upgrade to the latest Bose Ultra headphones. The noise canceling is by far the best in the business (when it actually works). Here are the numerous issues I had with them over 60 days: 1. Random disconnections from phone 2. Frequent (3-4x a day) failure of noise cancellation in 1 of the ears 3. Frequest comments from people I talk to: ‘Can you speak up it sounds like you are talking from across the room’. This is has happened at least 20-30 times in the last 60 days. 4. The worst part of these headphones, TURNING THEM ON. It takes a solid 5-8 seconds for the headphone to turn on. And 2 out of 5 attempts they dont turn on. So that results in trying again until it works. I have missed calls because of this. Overall, just completely disappointed.

    They are okay. For the price they could be a lot better. The noise canceling is subpar at best and they are not comfortable to wear after 2 hours. If you’re a college student, I would not recommend these.

    I could hear the airplane and people talk over my music even though it was in noise cancelling mode. It was only loud with the aux cord but not Bluetooth. I have a iPhone 15 by the way. They are very comfortable headphones though.

      Hi Sophia, I'm glad you find the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones comfortable to wear! If you're not getting the volume you'd expect via Bluetooth, make sure the volume on the source device is turned up. Also try a second device, to compare performance there. As for the noise cancelling, you will still hear some noise given that noise cancelling isn't designed to block out 100% of surrounding noise. The vast majority of noise, however, should be suppressed by the headphones, allowing you to enjoy your music.     This is now my third set of quiet comfort headphones and I’m enjoying them. The new app is great with more configurability. The Bluetooth and range is greatly improved over my previous version. Overall, pretty happy with the decision to purchase.

    Headphone quality and sound is great. However, the software is incredibly infuriating. After charging, the headsets get stuck in a state of limbo regarding pairing and is very difficult to reset and repair.
