I went in to use the warranty then I was asked if I wanted to get a 2 year warranty on the new one but I had to pay the difference plus the price of the warranty. The first warranty should have paid for the entire price of the product

No Bass

Very limited for the price

Blurry imaging, muddy bass and the most uncrispy highs I’ve heard in this price range. Bose’s drivers leave a lot to be desired. Very natural pass through and great ANC though.

Too big!

The headband sticks out a lot with a huge gap on each side of the head! The cups look silly too, taking up most of my head. Wish they came in sizes S/M and M/L to fit an assortment of adults.

Wish I stuck with Sony

Constantly disconnect for no reason. The headphones are too sensitive and auto start and pause whenever you change positions. They’re too smart for their own good.

As for the headphones pausing unexpectedly, there is a chance this could be a Spotify issue (if you use Spotify). Close Spotify on all devices connected to your headphones, and then only stream Spotify from the device you want to use. Don't buy!!!

The product is no where near as described in sound quality. But even before you get there, you'll have to fight with the product and your device to pair. The Bose app and customer service are of no help but they'll certainly insist you give them even more information and force you to go through all sorts of trouble shooting before telling you to return the product. Bose is relying on it's old reputation with this product. Don't be fooled. Shop elsewhere.

Bose QC Ultra are top of the line

Had the xm5s before these headphones and the bose sound more clear with more bass. I only prefer the sound of bose over sony and think this is a good investment if you want premium sounding headphones.

Open Box Bargain

The price from BestBuy couldn’t be beat and the headphones arrived as good as new and with a full warranty. Very pleased with the overall shopping experience!!

ANC and transparency mode always on!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At full price of $420 they lack a very simple yet dealbreaker feature and the reason why I returned them. They are always on ANC and transparency mode, and there is no way of turning it off entirely. Sliding down the "ANC" only increases the transparency and viceversa. Its such a dumb choice from Bose since my wife's old QC35II have a button to switch from ANC high, low and off. I'm returned them and found the PX7 S2e for less than what I paid for these and they do allow you to turn the ANC and transparency to whatever you want, absolutely disappointed on Bose and until they add a software fix for this, Ill never purchase another pair of Bose headphones.
