The build quality is amazing the sound (from the speakers) is amazing. Only deducting a star because the call quality is not that great, and they make a pop sound occasionally if you are walking quickly or rapid head movement. Also I wouldn't recommend buying them now as the second Gen comes out next month.

These headphones really outshine my previous xm5s with their clear highs, and punchy lows. The music is very immersive with their immersive audio feature, and the noise canceling is amazing! These headphone's transparency mode does lack slightly, but was a worthy trade off for the value you recieve!

I’ve never owned a nice pair of headphones so I decided to buy these since they were on sale, I was quite surprised at the audio clarity these have, I’m able to hear sounds in music I’ve never heard before so I’m very happy with these also immersion mode is best used for videos imo, for music it was a hit or miss.

I have never been a fan of bose going to great lengths to not sell or recommend them, but here I am after using them and I am very impressed. The noise cancellation is top notch and I mean the best I have experienced right there with the Airpods Max and XM5. Bose noise cancelling has always been good the main gripe I had was sound. My oh my is the sound exquisite. It is so crisp, obviously no match for anything from Focal or Mark Levinson, but still incredible. These reached the point of diminishing returns in terms of sound. What these do best is function, small form factor and incredible ANC make them a perfect choice for most. I appreciate good audio (I would not say audiophile but close) and these satisfy that itch.

Sound quality and the comfort are 10/10. The app is simple to use and has awesome sound options. The headphones have some connectivity issues every now and then, but other than that, i would recommend them!

Bose is a great electronics brand, the noise-cancelling headphones worked perfect in cancelling any outside noise while listening to music from iPhone during a flight over to Europe. Highly recommend.

I've been using these headphones for about 6 months and I'm not disappointed. They are comfortable, look elegant, sound good, and offer great Noice Cancelling.

Another great set of noise canceling headphones from Bose. The fold up feature is nice and provides a more compact case. The rechargeable detail is terrific and they seem to hold a charge as advertised.

Sound, comfort, and fit and finish are all great. Highly reccomend.

I was taking a roadtrip in Texas and suddenly a severe spring storm came and it started pounding hail on our car. I had no idea it was anything but normal rain until i saw the ice falling from the sky and took off my headphones and had to cover my ears because of how loud everything was. These kept me from having a panic attack God bless.

Great item. I am bald and the portion that touch the head is more confortable than the others while giving you a support. I had the others ones too and other than a great sound that is what stand out.

The noise cancellation is absolutely amazing and blew me away the first time I tried it. The audio quality is also superb, coming from a jbl 520 to this was a massive improvement. I’m hearing things in music and shows that I’ve never heard before. I also really like the equalizer option on the app as it allows me to amplify the miss of songs and make the lyrics even clearer. I hope to get the second generation of them in the future.

Bought these for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves them. She uses them for work, at the gym and whenever we travel. The noise canceling is a huge plus in all situations.

Amazing literally no problem I just wish the 3.5 cable wasn’t proprietary and I could use a different cable other than that sound great even years later

A very well made and comfortable pair of headphones. Bose really is the master of noise cancellation. I was impressed by how well these block out my manager while I’m on my lunch break. I’d 100% buy again.
