Super comfy and the noise cancelling feature is saving our relationship!

The volume control finger slide is not as I would have expected from a high-dollar unit such as this. One has to 'slide' it several times to get it to activate. Also, very difficult to set up so that 2 headphones can listen to one bluetooth broadcast.

Quiet(ish) Comfort

Noise-cancelling is not as good as it should be for $329. I could hear just about everything happening around me on flights, even with noise-cancelling at max level. When I would turn my head or look down the sensor would malfunction at times, and it would cut the sound from the headset. The price point is a bit excessive compared to other brands that perform better with noise-cancelling tech. They are light and easy to travel with, but the durability lacks. Overall- Good, not great, at that price point.

Posted .Hi Kyle, I'm glad you like some aspects of the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones' design. While noise cancelling is not designed to block out 100% of noise around you (as e.g. emergency sirens or important announcements should remain audible), I'm sorry you don't feel the noise cancelling is working effectively in general. Make sure the earcups are seated tightly enough against your head, and also visit btu.bose.com, to see if your headphones have an update available. Solid noise cancellation, comfort and battery
