Some products work better for some people than others , but these headphones are superior. Sound quality is excellent. Touch control is sensitive, takes a little getting used to.

The biggest problem was that the adapter does not work on the airplane and there is no blue tooth in the plane. Even the adapter that I bought separately at my designation is not work for the KLM and Airfrance flights. So I ended up using this Bose headphone over my earbuds.

These headphones are not noise canceling. I use them for travel and they do not block out external noises that are on the plane. However, when I borrow my daughter‘s Beats headphones, they cancel out all exterior noises. In addition, while I love the idea of volume and other options being integrated in the actual earpiece, I find it tricky to use.
