    Really tried to like these. Have the WH1000XM5s. They're a little hard to swallow as well but better than the Bose QC Ultra. Problem is the soundstage. QC earbud twos and Ultras are louder and have a better sound stage. Noise canceling is comparable to the cans for the earbuds. The Bose QC ultra has major connectivity problems as all Bose products continue to. Connectivity problems with the app. Pairing with two devices is painful. In ear sensor works and doesn't work as far as stopping and pausing the music when you take them off. Not worth $430 plus tax on the QC Ultras cans. These are "okay" headphones at best. I returned mine.

    Don't buy Just because it's BOSE does mean good!

    Bought this headphones last Aug 30, 2025 for my son. Everything worked well but this week my son told me after he charge the headphones he can't hear any sound anymore. He read reviews from you tube that has the same problem with his headphones. I didn't get the bestbuy warranty because I trusted the company BOSE. Now it's not even 1 month and I don't know what to. It a waste of money!

    Older Quiet Comfort model is better than this one

    It looks very nice but after wearing it for a while I can really feel it digging into my head so definitely returning it. I also wanted something that has a mute mic button for zoom/team's call. This model doesn't support that and the volume slider touch bar is terrible and hard to find. I like the older model of quiet comfort much better than this ultra version.

      Hi Ashley, sorry to hear your QuietComfort Ultra Headphones felt uncomfortable, though you did like the look of the Diamond Edition! While it's true that comfort is subjective, these headphones are designed to fit a wide range of customers comfortably. The volume strip is also intended to be easy to operate, and we're sure our customers will love it once they get used to it. Simply swipe up to increase volume or down to decrease it. To quickly increase or decrease the volume, use a long swipe on the volume strip. You can also touch and hold the strip to use your Shortcut. I hope this information is helpful!     I bought the ultra earbuds, took them back because they kept falling out. So i bought these. I don’t regret it going on a trip tomorrow gonna make that plane ride more pleasurable

    Ok, where to start. These, for the price they are just simply are not worth it. If I had pictures I'd show you the damage caused after one a week and a half of 8 hour use, 5 times a week. The inner ear muffs were quickly falling a part and if I'm being honest? The ulUltra Quiet is a far fetch for these. If you work in a warehouse these are NOT for you. You hear EVERYTHING. I will be honest though, the app for these was very easy to navigate and that's probably the only good thing I saw in these. If I could make a suggestion: JBL Tour Pro earbuds are WAAAAY better for an even better price bracket. These just didn't cut it, save your money and get something else with your cash.

      I am glad to hear that you love how easy the app is to use to personalise your headphones.
      Please note that the ear cushions are wearable items that can wear down with time or certain conditions (i.e. temperature, improper storage, type of usage, accidental damage, etc.) It is then recommended to replace them after a certain period, if they start deteriorating.

    I'm always delicate with this headset, taking it off and using it without any reckless behavior. I feel like it's the plastic construction which is ridiculous for headsets as plastic doesn't stretch well. But already broke into three places around the headband. I can no longer use this and I paid over for $400, for something like the crappy PS elite which is $160 and breaks the same way

    Best Headphones ONLY when they work (no sound)

    First boot of the headphone noise-cancelling and sound is great. But soon after the headphones will get in a state that crash often where there will be no sound at all. The ONLY way out of this state if to FULLY drain the battery, but when the headphones are in this no sound crash state, it is almost importable to do so. It does not matter if you get a replacement (the replacement will soon do the same thing) or a factory reset (there is no true factory reset option). Many times to get sound back (but will still be in the crashing state) I leave them plug in for hr's. Each time I need to leave them plug in longer and longer. (Ex 1hr → 1.5hr → 2.5hr → 5hr → 12hr → Gave up and called them dead) It became of this problem, I was never able to drain the battery of the headphone pass 50% before the headphone would crash. Connectivity is one of the things that would prevent sound from coming back to the headphone when in the no sound state (in the app will show info about the headphone like if they are charging).

      While I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the noise-cancelling functionality of your headphones and the Bose sound, I'm surprised to hear about the audio "crashing" in the way you've described. This shouldn't happen, and may be a sign of your pair of headphones being defective. What you can try - as well as an exchange of the headphones - is pairing a different Bluetooth device to the headphones. It has been known for the connected Bluetooth device, rather than the headphones themselves, to cause this type of audio issue.

    Expensive headphones should be the best headphones! This isn’t the case with this model. Sound quality is good, but not the best choice when compared to Sony or Apple. I tested all 3 brands and decided to stay with Apple. Sorry Bose, but you aren’t longer the Best out there.
