And why is there no place to praise an employee? That is really bad that there is no place for me to praise a person as opposed to a product.

They never automatically connect to my IPhone, they week 80% battery life who put them down “and “ plugged them in. She I unplugged them, they were completely dead.

The microphone is not the greatest quality. When I joined a voice chat, the quality of the audio dropped significantly. Fantastic headphones, but ultimately, not a great gaming headphones.

I expected more from Bose especially with this price tag. Nice quality feel and other than that might be a good fit for others but I like a bass heavy headphone.

I love how it automatically turn off or pause if you have to take off and then resume when you put back on your head. The only complaint is the quiet mode is not 100% silent. There is some outside noise but very minor
