    I bought these headphones for my son. He was looking for a new pair. He had several different ones he thought he wanted. He couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I tried them. Very impressed!

    Undependable & Agrivating!!

    Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand. The others mat not sound as good, but at least they are dependable! These break connection to my IPhone repeatedly in rhe gym, and will not reconnect. Regardless of the battery life and distance, on many occasions this headset would not got to the connection mode, until i got home to plug it into a power source. The Boes app couldn’t even connect to it. Even with 70% batery life, it wil break connection on you and fail to reconnect. I wouldn’t say they’re JUNK, but definitely not worth the price because they’re so undependable.

There should be no issue with establishing a solid connection to an iPhone and/or via the Bose app, and there are several things you can try here.     Disappointing expensive headphones

    Sadly dissapointed. Bought two pairs as we've had Bose headphones for over a decade for everyone in the family, so very familiar with Bose quality. These headphones didn't work for us because: 1. Connectivity is super buggy. It connects, then it doesn't, then it does, and then it doesn't. It takes quite a long while sometimes to get these to work. 2. You cannot use headphones if battery is dead, unlike the in-ear ones where battery only supplies the noise canceling, so when it's dead you can still use the headphones. 3. Cannot charge and use the headphone at the same time. So when they die (and they do quite fast) in the middle of a meeting -tough luck. 4. Noise cancellation is very weak unless you're blasting heavy base music. 5. Within 10min the ears get uncomfortably hot and it makes it hard to keep the headphones on. 6. Controls on the headphones are not as responsive -keep following directions to push this button for this, that button for that, and the response is still not happening. Overall, this was a sad disappoingting purchase that is going right back to the store.

      While we've designed these headphones to provide maximum comfort to the user, it's true that comfort is different from customer to customer. It is also the case that the headphones can't be used while charging; however, charging the headphones for just 3 hours will get them back up to 100% for you.

      If you're finding your Bluetooth connection to be unreliable, I'd suggest rebooting your connected device, and clearing the Bluetooth pairing lists on both sides.       Our developers have worked hard on equipping the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones with world-class noise cancellation. If you're not getting the level of noise cancelling you'd expect, make sure you're in "Quiet Mode" for full noise cancellation, and make sure the "ActiveSense" setting is turned off in the app, by going to Main Screen > Modes > Aware.

    Excellent sound stage

    The depth of the sound stage is brilliant. i have used all the other popular alternatives - airpods max, sony xm5, sennheisers - but this one blows them out of the water. the ANC is even better than Sony.

    Im coming from the qc15 and this is a huge upgrade. The spatial audio is fantastic. I switch back and forth between these and airpod pro 2.

    Great sound but falls appart

    I got mine about 5 months ago. They sound amazing however the stitching on the leather on the ear cushions started coming undone and started exposing the foam. The worst part is you cant get a new piece

    While the sound is excellent, the 'auto turnoff' feature is a nightmare. This feature is designed so that when you remove the headphones they auto turn off to keep the battery life. Just turning my head will cause this to activate so I am having to constantly re-turn on the stupid headphones. Sometimes you have to take them off and put them back on to get them to recognize to turn back on.
