All in all, I didn't have a great experience with these headphones. I owned the old QC 35 and ran them into the ground, so I had high hopes and expectations when I purchased these. Indeed, the noise cancellation is top notch and is only rivaled by Sony and Apple. The passthrough audio is also pretty good, and in my opinion is only second to apple's. However, I had a consistent background hiss on both noise cancellation mode and hear through mode that got very annoying. What ultimately caused me to return them was that once these headphones ran out of battery, they are pretty much useless. Plugging in the included 3.5mm headphone jack does not work unless the headphones have some charge left. I read in a forum somewhere that you had to plug both the USB C, and the headphone jack if you wanted to use them as a regular pair of wired headphones. Save your money and get the old qc 35s or better yet get the Sennheiser momentum 4s, which come with better battery life (up to 60 hours vs up to 24 hours with the QC Ultras), decent noise cancellation and in my opinion better sound quality and can be used as wired headphones with both the included 3.5mm headphone cable, or USB C.

I have owned the quiet Comfort 35 for the last five years and that was fantastic. Having the opportunity to buy the new ultras is truly amazing when you compare my previous QC 35s to the current technology in noise canceling and sound quality of the Ultras. This is by far the best headphones I’ve ever had.

The noise cancelling is a big upgrade from my old pair of bose which were the QC35. They feel a lot more comfortable than my old QC35. They sound amazing

Love the noise cancellation with also the ability to change how you listen to the music

Very comfortable and light compared to my AirPods Max. ANC is right on par with the XM6, but less clamp force versus the xm6. Touch controls are a little finicky but not a deal breaker.

Incredible. Wasn’t sure they’d be worth the price point. Experimented with a lot of others before landing on these. Finally decided I had to give them a shot. They’ve been so worth it. I love putting them on every time that I do. The noise cancelling is excellent. Top of the line.

They could be louder. But worst of all is Bose Customer service! You can only talk to a live person Monday through Saturday. Whoever wrote the instructions for this product obviously was NOT a teacher. The instructions tell you what to do but they don’t tell you HOW. If the diagram doesn’t match the live product oh well.

Best headphones I've owed, great connection with my S24 and very clear. Noise cancelling is excellent. Connection was easy. Only wish is 2 headphones can hear the same movie or songs on a single device simultaneously. Let's see how they hold up against wear and tear.

Noise canceling feature is way better on these headphones than on beats. The only issue I keep having is that sometimes the headphones get disconnected on their own.

This is a great product in terms of noise canceling. Also great for study and gym workout. The padding does not over heat the ears. Bought this for travel as no risk of losing my in ear Bose noise cancellation ear buds. Importantly sound quality is great
