    I upgraded from the Sony XM5, and the battery life is not as good. I do enjoy the immersion feature, but honestly, I don't think it's worth the price difference. I also don't particularly like that if you take one ear off, it shuts off and eventually disconnects. I will say, though, that the touch feature hasn't gone out.

    Bought an open box excellent feeling like I was getting a good deal. Took a flight this past weekend and the ANC was sorely disappointing. It blocks the hum of a fan in an apartment but did almost nothing for the drone of a plane engine…had volume much higher than I was expecting (between 50-75% of max) and still found I was competing with the noise. Used with iPhone 15 Pro Max and Bose app to verify settings. Unfortunately I’m now outside the return window. Will be extra cautious with Best Buy Open Box deals in the future.

    Fantastic, but only because of Gino in your Duluth store. And why is there no place to praise an employee? That is really bad that there is no place for me to praise a person as opposed to a product.

    They sound good when they work properly. They never automatically connect to my IPhone, they week 80% battery life who put them down “and “ plugged them in. She I unplugged them, they were completely dead.

    Was an open box purchase said excellent condition pads on headphones had residue and stains on them like they were worn and sweat stains and makeup stains went back to the store where I purchased them and they said open box R as is horrible experience horrible customer service honestly I should be given some type of reimbursement for the issue. We went back the next day and they said that it’s probably from us wearing them, but they were still sealed in the box we never wore them we got them late at night and then came back the next morning when you opened may just have to post a review for others to see and be warned.

    Best Headphones ONLY when they work (no sound)

    First boot of the headphone noise-cancelling and sound is great. But soon after the headphones will get in a state that crash often where there will be no sound at all. The ONLY way out of this state if to FULLY drain the battery, but when the headphones are in this no sound crash state, it is almost importable to do so. It does not matter if you get a replacement (the replacement will soon do the same thing) or a factory reset (there is no true factory reset option). Many times to get sound back (but will still be in the crashing state) I leave them plug in for hr's. Each time I need to leave them plug in longer and longer. (Ex 1hr → 1.5hr → 2.5hr → 5hr → 12hr → Gave up and called them dead) It became of this problem, I was never able to drain the battery of the headphone pass 50% before the headphone would crash. Connectivity is one of the things that would prevent sound from coming back to the headphone when in the no sound state (in the app will show info about the headphone like if they are charging).

      While I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the noise-cancelling functionality of your headphones and the Bose sound, I'm surprised to hear about the audio "crashing" in the way you've described. This shouldn't happen, and may be a sign of your pair of headphones being defective. What you can try - as well as an exchange of the headphones - is pairing a different Bluetooth device to the headphones. It has been known for the connected Bluetooth device, rather than the headphones themselves, to cause this type of audio issue.
