    These are not as good as the previous model I had bought 2 years ago. The noise cancellation is not the best. I could still hear people even in first class with less people around. I left my 2 year old ones on the plane by accident. Going to try the Apple Headphones.

    Upgraded from the previous model and found that the Noise reduction was so much better. With the TV on and people walking by me, they would have to tap me to get me to notice them. And... no more power switch, it turns on and off automatically

    Quality is good. I ended up returning them due to the lack of wired capabilities with a USP-C port. Yes they are wireless headphones but upon purchase we asked if there was a wired capability to a "C" and the answer was "YES" - unfortunately the real answer was "NO"

    This is my second pair of these headphones and I am not happy with them, and after contacting their customer service, bose refuses to refund me, because it is a replacement item! Ridiculous! Let it be known Bose does not care about its customers and has left me stuck with these headphones and I am out the money I paid for them.

    Ok these headphones are EXTREMELY sound proof! I walked around the mall completely un bothered by everyone's loud talking and screaming. Very nice tool for introverts like me.
