Most times, I can’t hear them because their voice is muffled. This is when using the wired cord that comes with it. The Wireless oprion has a tendency to be a little bit more clearer, but still should work a lot better than it does for the price that I paid.

Had purchased Bluetooth headphones but they won’t work with my sonos sound bar. For our needs these work beautifully.
