    Unusable on calls - Awful Microphone.

    While noise canceling is alright, the sound quality is unimpressive. Comparable to the $30 Sony headphones I replaced with these. By far the worst part, and the source of my 1 star review. The microphone is AWFUL. Some of their noise reduction software or something makes it sound like I am constantly walking away from the microphone and very quiet. The worst part about this by far is that its a software issue! Not a mic issue. I thought that Bose was a quality company, and was willing to pay a premium for the headphones. But, this is a disappointment by all means. I can't ever use them for calls and I would never buy it again. Save yourself the money and trouble.

    Expensive with less features than Bose 700

    It has less features than my previously used Bose 700. Hate to find that there was no finger touch controlled voice. More expensive with less features did nt find much difference in sound quality as compared to my old one. There is a slight improvement in noise cancellation.

      Thanks for your review of the QuietComfort Headphones! You can actually use the headphones to access voice control on your mobile device.     I had the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones before and the sound quality was much better (louder and clearer). The headphones are nice, I just wish the sound was a little louder

    I bought them and returned them for the Sony XM5. I really liked the bose for the color cypress green which very pleasing.
