    Great headphones, perfect for music and calls

    The Bose QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones are a really great set of headphones. They fold for easy storage in the travel case. They also charge really fast and have great battery life. So far I can go at least a whole day using them for 8+ hours and still have battery left. The sound quality for music and calls is also top notch despite the compact size. They are also extremely comfortable on my ears and head, and I can leave them out for hours without discomfort. They are also easy to turn on and off without looking, and just as easy to pair. The voice feature is great too, when I put them on, the headphones tell me the current battery level. I can also fast switch to different devices the and headphones announce the name of the device I'm connected to. I'm able to easily and quickly switch between my laptop, computer, and phone and I always know which device I'm primary connected to. My only challenge so far is remembering to shut them off, but even when left on overnight, they don't lose much battery. Overall, these are the best headphones I've ever owned and I foresee them remaining my primary headphones for listening to music and videoconference calls.

    I found my new favorite work/everyday headphones! As someone who WFH and lives with others, I usually have headphones on 80% of the workday. This means lightweight, comfortable, and noise-canceling headphones with a good mic are a huge must. My previous headphones did the job well,the only thing that bothered me the most was how heavy they were. The QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones did the trick and quickly became my favorite. Pros: - Super comfortable, plush, and lightweight, makes me forget that they're on even after hours of use - Multi-device use and tells me which device(s) it's connected to - Noise-canceling (especially helpful if you live in the city), sometimes I forget that there's other noise around me - Sound is clear and well-balanced - Battery life - USB-C for fast charging - Bose Music App for more control - Shortcut feature - switch between hearing the battery level or shuffling Spotify - Modes: quiet, aware, focus, commute Cons: - It doesn't automatically turn off when not in use (drains battery, you'll have to remember to turn it off) - No button to skip music or go back Nit-picky things: - Wished the case matched the white headphones After a week of using it for several hours a day, I can confidently say that Bose did a pretty good job with the new QuietComfort headphones and would highly recommend it.

    I have used many over the ear headphones in my life, but none are as comfortable, sleek and sound as good as this Bose QuitComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. The sheer quality of these headphones is a precise reason as to why Sony is a dominant player in the world of sound. The packaging: Really well done and premium box. Inside houses a really nice travel case with the headphones inside as well as a USB-C charger. The Travel case is really well made and will protect the headphones while traveling in a bag. The Headphones: The construction of the Bose QuitComfort Wireless Noise Canceling Over-The-Ear-Headphones is beyond premium. The cups might be the most comfortable ear cups I have ever used. For long wear (flight for 3+ hours) I didn't have discomfort at all and these were unbelievably comfortable. The noise canceling feature works like a charm as well. The sound quality with these is exceptional and I am extremely pleased with it. While using the Bose Music companion app the headphones are able to be tailored to your preferences. The headphones last endlessly for hours and have replaced my airpods. I am really happy to have these and I highly recommend them. These might be the best headphones that I have ever used.

    1 year of use and now became dangerous to use

    I had this headphone for a year now and it has now become dangerous to use. The battery must be acting up now and I don’t want this headphone to explode while I have it on

    Disconnected randomly, when walking it sounds like air is forcing to come in the ear. If you move around, the headphones slide off your head. Too expensive for all of this.

      If the issue often occurs, please try to reset your headphones following these steps:
      1. Connect the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the left earcup.
      2. Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right. At the same time, connect the other end into a USB-A power source such as a computer or wall charger. When the reset is complete, the status light glows according to the current charge level.

    This Bose headset has glitches and noise. I didn't use it often in the first month after purchasing it. However, once I realized the glitches were intolerable, the return deadline had already passed. Anyway, now I have concerns about the product's quality. Be carefully!

    Wake up Bose, we need text notifications

    In 2024 i expect to be alerted when a text comes through. However these do not. For $349 I would think Bose could do alot better. Returning and buying a pair of Sony's instead. Which has text alert notifications and saves a $100. Wake up Bose

    Great headphones

    So, I’ve owned these for less than a week. But I want to go ahead and leave a review. These are awesome headphones! I work 12 hour shifts and they are really comfortable. In those 12 hours of work I have only gotten uncomfortable once, but that was my fault for not adjusting them. After adjusting them that went away. I definitely found the sweet spot. The clamp force is just right for my size head (7 1/4 approximate hat size, if I remember correctly). My ears fit well in the ear cups. Next, let’s talk about sound quality. Holy smokes they sound great! Super clear! While I did use the Bose app to make the sound to my liking (which honestly, the app itself could use improvements), I found right out of the box they sounded great. Bass is great! Treble is great! Mids are even great! And the volume is outstanding! All the cheap headphones I usually have to have the volume maxed out while I work. Not these. With these headphones 50-70 % is sufficient. 70% is almost too loud. I tried 100% and had to turn it back down. I’m not an audiophile but I can definitely distinguish instruments with these. And if the song was recorded say, to start on the right side, that’s what you get! Excellent sound! My only qualms is it only has 2 modes: quiet and aware. I personally think it needs a normal mode. That said both modes are excellent. In aware mode I can hear my surroundings. Voices are very slightly muffled but it doesn’t really matter if you pause whatever you are listening to. Quiet mode is QUIET. For real! I work around some noise and in quiet mode I can’t hear it. Now, I said qualm(s). The only other thing I would change about these headphones are just a slightly thicker padding for the ears and top of the head. They are slightly thin. But still comfortable. If I were to work at the Bose factory I’d suggest adding a few millimeters of padding to both the ear cups and top of the head. Even with that suggestion, these are still comfortable. Lastly, and this is probably my personal preference, the battery life. The last pair of cheap headphones I have had an 80 hour battery life before needing recharged. These won’t get that. (I believe these are rated at about 30-32 hours.) Still not bad. Also, the build quality seems sufficient enough. I guess time will tell on that matter. Overall, these are awesome!! If you’re looking at these headphones go ahead and buy them! Sound is phenomenal!!

    They hurt my ears. I have had Bose headphones for years and these are the first ones that hurt..the cushion isn't soft and squishy like the older models.
