The headphones made the return trip to Chicago much more restful. My wife has worn mine and the light blue is her favorite color. We now have a headphone for our retirement trips.

However, the noise canceling is not up to the level I expected and the mic is not as good as I expected. If you are looking for a nice headset that sounds great when you are listening to music, this one fits the bill. But if you are looking for really good noise cancelling with a good mic, for use being on conference calls in a Panera or similar restaurant, spend the dough to get the next level up of Bose.

Decent audio compared to an older pair of Bose headphones I purchased in the past, so I’m happy with that. Lovely color. Would recommend on sale.

Ear buds are uncomfortable, so we bought these. Even after a few hours, she's tickled with the comfort and the sound quality.

First, the sound quality is unmatched and I really test it with lots of movie soundtracks. I also love the aware mode and quiet modes for work. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because my ears get pretty hot if I wear them for longer than 40 minutes

The sound quality is great and I love the AWARE mode which allows you to hear sounds in the room. You can turn it on/off with a touch of a button on the headphones.

I have the worst luck with always being near a crying baby or loud kid on flights, so these definitely helped to tune them out. The battery life is a bonus.

If your QuietComfort Headphones aren't giving you enough bass, don't forget to use the Equalizer in the Bose app. Just go to the headphones' home screen, then tap on the "EQ" shortcut button, where you can try the "Bass Boost" preset. As for general volume, make sure the volume on your connected mobile device is turned up, if your device has its own separate volume. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support
