I’m somebody who struggles with PTSD and these headphones make life a lot less scary and unpredictable. Yes, I use the quiet mode, but I use it often without any audio playing. I enjoy the comfort and the security of muffled sounds where they don’t become so terrifying and sudden.

They are wonderful they connect to both my laptop and cellphone at the same time and i love how they sound plus i have to thank the staff of the store im not to tech savvy they were a big help

This review is 50% for best buy and the other 50% for Bose. Headphones are incredibly comfortable and the sound quality is great, HOWEVER, they glitch a lot and they have connectivity issues. At times, I would be listening to music on a phone and then suddenly the music would cut off for seconds only to come back moments later. On the computer, it's even worse, and they disconnect various times. Granted, this could be a problem with just my particular headphone, but upon going to Best Buy after speaking to a CX representative online, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because it was past the return date, despite telling me online that a store manager could potentially help me given my circumstances. Respectfully, I think there should be more consideration for people wanting to return items that are faulty and this expensive. Bose CX have been very helpful so far though, so love them.

These headphones are very effective for our 8 member team working in an open workplace. They help to create a great working environment. The noise cancelling is very effective and allows multiple team members to be on video calls simultaneously. The sound quality is excellent for both music and video editing. They are quite comfortable even while wearing for extended periods of time.

I have always been a bit of an Audiophile. I have several sets of ear buds and over the ear headphones. I bought the Bose Quiet comfort for a great price and I absolutely fell in love with the deep rich bass and the acute definition of instruments. I have heard thing in music that I never heard before. These are some of the Best headphones I have purchased, and I have paid much more for headphones that actually rival the Bose Quiet Compfort over the ear headphones. Love them!

These are the best headphones I’ve ever purchased!! The sound is great, connecting to my iPhone and iPad was simple. The battery lasts a few days, and I use them a lot for music. The color is gorgeous, and they fit over my ears perfectly! And yes, the noise canceling is amazing!! I thought I’d stick to Dre Beats, but Bose is way better!! So happy I purchased these!! Next time I’ll get the ultra QC!!

Great sound (better than other popular brand!) Covers your ears entirely so very comfortable. Great for the flights too! I was lucky to score and open-box. Thank you Best Buy!

I bought these headphones for one of my good friends who works outdoors and engages in loud environment as a christmas present. They explained that these headphones are extremely great quality when wanting to have noise cancelation effect and as well as sweat proof. I truly consider that the ability to connect these headphones to the phone is extremly easy and simple and to check the battery life. The sound quality is AMAZING and the noise cancelation is also on point.

My 2nd pair, the best headphones I ever owned. My last ones lasted 6 years before my daughter had a pair break, she took my old silver ones and said "your never getting these back".... our next flight on a plane (7 hours) with a baby next to us and we never heard a thing.. A great investment for air travel and just listening to music at the coffee shop. We were in Alaska on Vacation and I was able to get them ordered and held in Anchorage for my flight back with Best Buy.... Great service.

I love these headphones so much. The color is unique and I get compliments on them when I wear them out. They are very lighteright and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I have a big head so I was unsure if I would feel comfortable with them on but they adjust to any head size, even my 6 year old can wear them. The sound and noise cancellation is incredible for music and tv. I’m happy I bought these!

Love the fit .. the sound quality is outstanding.. volume , is not that loud compare with beats studio , but loud enough

Ive owned many beats headphones including the power beats, the buds, and the studio pros and I much prefer these for two reasons. The noise cancellation and comfort are unmatched. The base sounds really good and I love that you can change the settings through the app. These are exactly what I needed for drowning out the newborn screams. Its also super cool that you can link them to your tvs but also still have the sound coming from the tv or soundbar. Highly recommend!

I share an office with my wife, and we both work full-time. These noise-cancelling headphones have given me my sanity back! The sound quality is fantastic and the QC helps me stay locked in.

I always had Bose Headphone, and it was time to upgrade from the QC 35, the battery life on this one charge was well over 16 hours, Had a trip oversea that was 16 hours long and it was on the whole time, very comfortable and I would wear these headphone the whole time I was on the plane. Would Recommend

I love how soft the padding is with the comfort of the headphones being big enough to go around my ears. The sound quality has always been awesome with Bose. The color is great too.
