For work, I am able to hear very well even when there is noise in my background. I am able to hear the customer on the other end of the line very clearly.

I only charged them once before leaving, and the battery lasted for both flights and all the train rides in between. They were also very comfortable once adjusted properly; they fit completely around my ear.

Pink Bose Headphones!

She has since used them continually for work, some travel and really day to day use since she received them. She's super happy with them. I'm a Sony fan, but she never liked those, but prefers these over those. So as they say, happy wife, happy life!

Good but not Great

The audio quality is very good tho. super comfortable to wear for an extensive period. Hard case it comes with is good to have as well. Power switch looks like it can get damaged easily even in the case... it's the highest point when collapsed into the case. So if you hit the case, the button is the first to feel the impact. Battery life is on the short end of the spectrum, standard nowadays are ~35hrs or so.
