Posted .I'm happy to hear you like the ANC of your QuietComfort Headphones! Others around you shouldn't be able to hear your audio content clearly unless you use the headphones at louder volumes, or unless they get up close to you. One thing to make sure of is that your headphones are sitting on your ears correctly, providing a firm but comfortable seal around them. Furthermore, the good news is that the level of noise cancellation can be adjusted using the Bose app to better match your listening preferences:
Quiet Mode: Maximum noise cancellation to help block out distractions.
Aware Mode: Lets you hear your surroundings while listening to audio.
Custom Modes: Create up to two personalized modes with your preferred noise cancellation or wind-blocking settings.
Note: The headphones default to Quiet Mode when powered on, but you can use the Bose app to have them start in the last mode used instead.
