    After a month o got a constant beeping noise. I sent them back to Bose and they replaced them w a refurbished pair that did it even worse. Beeping starts as soon as I turn them on and continues through songs. They’re supposed to send me another pair and if this one doesn’t work, I’m taking him back and using my geek squad plan to return them. Bose return policy and getting another one is also quite timely. I don’t recommend the product.

The QuietComfort Headphones’ noise cancellation can be adjusted to your preference through the Bose app. Please also check your settings in the app to ensure you are in “Quiet” mode rather than “Aware” mode. In “Aware” mode, the external microphones feed outside sounds into the headset, which can make other noises or the noise floor seem louder.
