My issue is the app. I was able to get the headphones connected through the app but when I went back to setup the settings the app would not load. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. Now the app is not loading again.

The noise canceling feature works very well blocking out background noise while you’re listening to music and the added “aware mode” is nice for when you do need to hear things around you. The sound quality is great, as expected from Bose products. With the app, you can set the bass, mid, and treble levels to your preference. These are well worth every penny if you enjoy listening to music or watching movies on your phone!

Only thing I don't love is they are almost too light, so they tend to move around on my head a bit more then I'd like. The noise cancelling is good, but I feel like it could be better.

These headphones are a perfect balance of power, comfort, and battery life. I have 0 regrets about purchasing them. The sound canceling is so good that my roommate can be standing behind me 5-8 feet away and I'm oblivious to her presence. Between my ADHD struggle to focus and sensory needs, these are a 5 out of 5, and definitely recommend it.

I bought these for my flight to VA and the whole flight all i could hear was what i was watching and the battery life is amazing, they lasted the entire day.

This new version is more comfortable and even more effective than my old ones which lasted for nearly 20 years. I love listening to my music on these and I love being able to tune out all the noise on an airplane.

The battery life is excellent and easily lasts through long days without needing a recharge. However, I’ve experienced some connectivity issues, including faint static sounds even when the device is nearby, which can be distracting. I also find that they slip from my head a bit, especially when studying, which affects comfort. While the sound is decent, I was hoping for better overall audio quality given the price. Solid headphones for comfort and battery life, but the sound, fit, and connectivity hold them back.
