This version is so much better than the Ultra version. It's more comfortable for longer wear times and the buttons are more intuitive so you don't have to look at it. Also love being able to switch through previously connected devices on the app. Just wish there was a way to switch devices through the headset buttons as well. I also love the feature of being able to mute/unmute the mic on headset while in zoom/team's call. (Note: to use this feature you must be in a call and you must have voice prompts on so you can hear it switch from unmuted to mute. To use the feature just double press the button on the left ear cuff. Don't double press it too fast or super slow otherwise it might not register it correctly. You should hear a voice prompt. Again this only works while in a call.

Great set of headphones. Bose quietcomfort is my favorite to-to for good noise cancellers. Had my old pair since 2016, quality is still great with the new pair, and comfortability is a plus. Perfect for planes and travel especially.

I bought these Bose QuietComforts almost a year ago, and I am absolutely frustrated. Before these, I had a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3s for 3 years and never had a single one of the issues I’ve had with this Bose pair in just one year. The sound quality and noise canceling are great—exactly what I expected and right on par with my old Sonys. But the actual day-to-day use is a nightmare. I use these headphones heavily, about 5 to 6 hours a day on average. The biggest problem is that the sound constantly disconnects. I mean literally every 5 minutes, the audio just drops out, even though the Bluetooth itself stays connected. My hand is basically glued to the right side of the headphone all day long, constantly sliding the bottom button off and on just to reconnect the sound and get my music playing again. It is an absolute headache. The disconnect issue is not because I am connected to two devices at once. I turned that multi-point option off completely to try and fix it. Even when I do try to connect to two systems at the same time, it does the exact same messed-up thing. It is incredibly annoying and frustrating. The ear pads have already torn apart in less than a year of use. Overall, my experiment trying Bose instead of just buying another pair of Sonys failed horribly.

I was able to find these headphones as open box for a nice discount. They are like new and sound great. Battery life is excellent. Listened to music for four hours and charge only dropped to 90%. App with EQ, etc. was easy to install and use.

These Bose headphones are stylish, comfortable and effective. I can go to the gym and listen to music while I’m working out and they stay in place and prevent unwanted outside noise! A big 10!!

Overall the headphones are decent. I got them excellent refurbished. The only concern i have so far is a connectivity issues from time to time, but that was known before the purchase. If you can get them way below $200 price tag its a good purchase for the money.

I love my new Bose headphones, the noise cancelling works perfectly, and the instructions were easy to follow and learn how to use! I wanted the pink ones, but they have other colors available too. These exceeded my expectations.
