I think they are excellent headphones and capture sounds so vividly. I bought them to cancel out noisy neighbors. I was going for the headphones that are a step above these, but I thought these worked well and were not as expensive. I would rate these fours stars because I spent a great deal of time researching how to use them, as they do not come with directions. Now that I have somewhat mastered how to use them, I really do like them, and if my neighbors become too annoying, I put them on. They have made my living conditions much more bearable.I am really happy with my purchase.

I have been using QC for 12+ years now. Hands down the best. My QC from 10 years ago still works fine …but I ended up getting a new one just for a refresh

Retain battery for months. true noise cancellation

Honestly these headphones feel great when putting them on, especially with me who has a lot of ear piercings. My issue is connecting different devices to Bluetooth is flimsy and sometimes the audio will cut off all of a sudden in which you are required to push the button on the side to restart. I will be returning these, disappointed as this is my favorite color and in terms of audio these are better than my Sony Xm4s.

Overall lightweight materials used, but overall Best clarity music for the price you’re getting it some may say it’s overrated. Some may say it reaches beyond expectations, but realistically as a reviewer for long time Bose, I believe lightweight materials and clarity of sound with exceptional noise cancellation calls for the right price.

4 stars because Bose has this 'unfixable' issue with bluetooth connectivity with Apple products (often sound cutting off). However, nothing beats Bose's noice cancelling, imo. I still pick this over the Sennheiser and Sony. And the Apple is just way too expensive.

These are the BEST! My ears are sensitive and I can definitely tell the difference between these and AirPods. Drowns out background noises - definitely worth the price! Last but not least I love this color!

Fantastic product. I have used AirPod Pro's for several years and as the battery began to suffer I looked to traditional headphones for replacement. I travel for work and these blow the AirPods out of the water for sound quality and noise cancellation.

Had to get a new pair of headphones due to my Apple ones not working correctly anymore. These are way better in terms of sound, smaller and even the travel case. Won’t be going back to the others.

Love these Bose noise canceling headphones. They are a lifesaver on planes, you don't hear the noise of the plane barely at all. Also if anyone snores, or you have a loud air conditioner. It also blocks out most of the noise when lawn care people are here, which can be so helpful while I'm working.

This is our 2nd purchase on this style of ear headphones and we liked it compared to Airpods and other in-ear earbuds.

OMG I love these!! Truly noise cancelling. Got them for an upcoming dental appt I had and they were amazing! Kept my anxiety level to a minimum. I was fortunate to catch them on a sale ($100 off!!). I went in for something else and walked out with a Mother’s Day gift for myself. So easy to use! Highly recommend
