I upgraded from the QC45. These headphones are awesome. The only other type of headphones I have is the Apple AirPod Pro. To be honest I used the Bose more. I have them connect to my MacBook. Great sound, awesome noise control. This was the best during the 4th of July lol, but seriously these are great headphones. I know some people may be skeptical about the price. Just remember you get what you pay for. I’m about my music and I want great sound. These headphones deliver. BUY THEM YOU’LL LOVE THEM.

I love using it when I am traveling on the airplane where the noise of the jet is loud. With the headphone, I can hear music and movie sound much better and clearer than earbuds.

It was a gift, and he seems to like it. It was to replace an older model and he says they block noise better than the older model. I don’t know the answers to al your questions, but noise cancellation was important and is excellent.

The product utself is 5 stars. Has great sound, deep bass and perfect treble. I only have 3 stars because Best Buy customer service is trash. Only honoring price match in 15 days is the lowest in the same industry unless you buy their trash upgraded membership. Best Buy needs to fix this and if not this WILL BE the last purchase i ever make wirh Best Buy. Fix you return period and pprice match, your current service is a spit into the face of 10+ year customers and new customers. BOSE return policy is 90 days. DO BETTER

Bose never disappoints. I use these at work for hearing protection and to listen to my tunes. They're light, comfortable and the battery lasts an entire work day.

Love the headphones, they are missing some of the new bells and whistles like Spatial Audio and lossless usb c audio, but for someone like me who uses them for travel almost exclusively I just need great sound, good noise cancelling and long battery life and they check all those boxes perfectly!
