We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the noise-canceling feature. Regarding your concern about background noise being heard during calls, we understand how that can be frustrating. While the headphones are designed to cancel the noise for the listener, the microphone may still pick up surrounding sounds during calls.

She’s had them for almost 2 years and she wears them religiously. Unfortunately they broke recently and I am waiting for the warranty I purchased.

Not easy for me on comfort as if I removed headset, did not work like beats. If one ear was off, did not work at all. Easier to look nice than work for me. Would buy again once a few generations of item have been improved.
