Solid sound nice comfortable fit I am happy with the features. Battery life is excellent no complaints.

I've been using it for months now, I can this is the most comfortable, best balanced sounding headphones ever. Don't get me wrong when I say balanced, the base has the right amount of power to it which doesn't feel too punchy rather it will be soothing to the ears. I bought it in-store, compared the XM5s, XM4s and Bose quiet comfort and quiet comfort ultra. For the pice 250 for the quiet comfort at the time it is so worth it! If u can get it around 250 I would say blindly go for it.

The name “Bose” alone speaks for itself! These were my first noise cancelling headphones I’ve ever bought and fully recommend to anyone wanting TRUE noise cancelling, great sounding, and very comfortable headphones!!!!

I bought these to replace a QuietComfort 35, who's useful life was over (power switch flaky). The noise cancelling seems to be better than the QC35, and I like the different modes (quiet/aware). The only gripe I have is that the processor doesn't seem to be quick enough to damp quick, sharp noises. I noticed this when putting silverware back in the drawer. The noise cancellation seems to fail when the items hit the other items in the drawer. Other than that, I'm happy with them. I got them when they were on sale, otherwise, the little glitch would have been a bit more annoying.

Great music quality and blocks noise very well. The headphones and case are not bulky, very easy to pack and use for airplane travel. The controls are easy to use and it holds a charge for a LONG time. Nice selection of colors.

I absolutely love this product. I have a pair for the bedroom and living room. Great sound comfortable to wear you hear all the sounds the birds cars trains. It feels like we’re at the movies. It’s is nice with our big screen TV. I have recommended them. My mother also bought two pairs.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them. They truly are noise canceling. When I tried them on just to see if they were truly noise canceling, I couldn't hear any environment noise and found myself yelling when I talk. The sound quality is excellent. Definitely worth it

Purchased as a christmas present for my daughter. She hardly takes them off now. Comfortable enough for her to sleep in with perfect noise cancellation. Great overall sound as compared to similar over ear headphones. Being able to set the max volume to protect her hearing is probably the best thing about them. I’ve had very few issues with BOSE over the years.

It is not a BestBuy as a matter of fact they’re terrible, I suppose you must have the app in order for them to function correctly… meaning to not cut off and stay silent for several seconds some times my son had a pair as well and he got rid off them sound is good not the best but good enough, the noise canceling sometimes it tries to hard to cancel any noise there fore increasing the noise for instance open window your window as you’re rolling the head set will almost make you deaf from the noise canceling those are my two major issues on the other hand they are comfortable, not heavy cover the ear well enough charging time. It’s average playtime of a full charge is good, But again, my pet peeve is the fact that I must have the app in order for it to work property. It keeps shutting down or go silence for several seconds I will not install the app and I will be returning them to Best Buy.

I have had these headphones for about a year and absolutely love them. Honestly wouldn’t want another pair. I love every second, they have quite mode and aware mode to be able to tune in and out of the environment around you. The app for it is free and very user friendly. Worth every penny and want them in every color!
