    I tried these after returning the Sony and these are just as bad. I love the color

    Had high hopes. Could be better, not really noise cancelling and constantly disconnects if you use the app and have multiple optional devices

    After a week of use, I believed that these were comparable to the Sony XM 4, which I was comparing to the XM 5. If you have a price restriction the Beats are less expensive and offer about 80% of Bose's pleasure for a significantly lower price.

    I love the look of the headphones but the sound quality wasn’t that great. Also, people couldn’t hear me when trying to talk on the phone while using the headphone's. I tried using the cord that came with it and it still didn’t work.

    Faulty BT module (maybe in few batches)

    I got 2 of this - one from Best Buy and another from different outlet. Both had same issues - if I listen for 10 sec, at least for 1 sec is lost. This with iOS devices (both iPad and iPhone and both are with the latest version of iOS and both are 1 yr older generation). I ended up returning both. I bought another one few months back for my daughter and that one works perfectly. So some batch possibly have faulty BT module or so.

    Very disappointed with these, the buttons were not intuitive at all and often times didn’t work at all. Plugging it into the device was the only way to get it to function properly. The Bluetooth was very buggy.

    I’ve only used these on one round trip flight so far and once at home. They seem to have some sort of static noise in the left ear.

I'd also suggest testing with a variety of other devices to see if the problem follows the headphones.     Very disappointed. I’ve owned Bose headphones before. These felt cheap and plastic-y. The sound quality was not that premium, I get better sound quality and ANC from my AirPod pros. I think for over the each headphones, you can find better ones for the price range.

    Inconsistent quality.

    It has been 20 days after purchase and the right side of the headphones has already had sound quality issues. Especially in Aware and Quiet mode. Super annoying and cannot fix. I’ve only used these a few times and I cannot even return!!! Opt in for the more expensive ones (even though these are 350).
