Thanks so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the product overall. Bluetooth disconnections can happen due to several reasons, including being too far from the connected device, interference from other electronics, low battery levels, outdated software, or physical obstructions. Multiple active Bluetooth connections or background apps can also affect stability. Keeping devices close, updated, and free from interference usually helps improve connection reliability.

Hi there, and thank you for your feedback!
We’re sorry to hear that the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) didn’t meet your expectations. The good news is that this feature can be adjusted through the Bose app, allowing you to fine-tune the level of noise cancellation to better suit your environment and preferences.

Also, for the best ANC performance, it’s important to ensure the headphones are properly seated around your ears. A snug fit helps block out external noise more effectively and enhances overall sound quality.
Here's a troubleshooting guide that can help adjust the noise cancellation of your headphones: https://support.bose.com/s/article/qc-headphonearn-noise-cancellation-is-not-working---ka08c000001bucnaaa?language=en_US

As for the headphones feeling warm, we understand that can be uncomfortable, especially in warmer climates or during extended use. This can happen with over-ear headphones due to the enclosed design, and while it's not entirely avoidable, taking short breaks can help.

I have had a few Bose headphones over the years, and one thing that stands out is the overall comfort. Every Bose headphone I have ever had has been plush, light, and not too much pressure on the side of my head. These new Bose QuietComfort headphones have the same light and comfortable fit as the QC35ii and QC45, which is perfect. I am glad they chose to keep the same fit/profile on this new generation so they will feel familiar to anyone who has owned any of the previous generations. These new headphones have the easy to use power toggle switch, which I actually prefer over the "hold to turn on" power buttons. Charging is USB-C as expected, and so far the battery life has been as advetised and can easily last over 20 hours at reasonable volume. The Active Noise cancelling seems to be updated as well. I have no proof, but I feel like the ANC on these blocks even more noise than before. One thing I can say though, is the microphone quality is definitely improved. I notice a difference on phone calls, voices come through clearer than before.

    Horrible Quality Control at Bose

This is the 3rd set of Bose headphones I've purchased. All 3 have been defective from the factory as they cut out sound for a second every hour or so. Update firmware, clear BT history, turn off multipoint, blah, blah. Only Bose can fix these issues but they don't, they just give you the same futile steps and offer a refurb, which also will most likely be defective. You also can't listen while charging - and battery power is required if using the optional wired connection. Bose used to be a reputable company that made quality products - too bad the QC on these things are garbage. The sound is OK, but no more than 1 star can be given for headphones that cut out audio every 60 minutes. The experience is utter trash.

    Ultimate Headphones For Travel

Sound is very subject, the way a company tunes their speaker changes the way it sounds very dramatically and everyone has a preference on what they like, and these Bose QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones are no different. Their sound profile is definitely geared towards a main stream a bit higher bass and the mids and treble a bit recessed, its a great sound its a profile that can let you listen to several hours without feeling ear fatigue, and it is incredibly easy to listen for hours with a 27 hour battery life and incredibly comfortable and light headphones. These are the ultimate travel headphones, they have top notch ANC they are really light and they sound great. They feel fantastic when you put them on barely any weight and the materials are so lush and soft you almost don’t even feel them. Surprisingly these headphones take changing the custom eq pretty well. There is so much to like about these headphones everywhere I go there go in my bag, I love using them at work at the end of my day when I have to just go through paperwork and fill out documents I put them on throw on some music and get through my work with this wonderful sounds. Highly recommended
