Most times, I can’t hear them because their voice is muffled. This is when using the wired cord that comes with it. The Wireless oprion has a tendency to be a little bit more clearer, but still should work a lot better than it does for the price that I paid.

It’s a good set of headphones. My only issue with these or for me it wasn’t comfortable on my ears because of my piercings so that’s why I give it a three star rating if I were rating for sound alone, it would be a five star!!
