Great quality and sound. Comfortable to wear. Great value!

This review is 50% for best buy and the other 50% for Bose. Headphones are incredibly comfortable and the sound quality is great, HOWEVER, they glitch a lot and they have connectivity issues. At times, I would be listening to music on a phone and then suddenly the music would cut off for seconds only to come back moments later. On the computer, it's even worse, and they disconnect various times. Granted, this could be a problem with just my particular headphone, but upon going to Best Buy after speaking to a CX representative online, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because it was past the return date, despite telling me online that a store manager could potentially help me given my circumstances. Respectfully, I think there should be more consideration for people wanting to return items that are faulty and this expensive. Bose CX have been very helpful so far though, so love them.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter, who shares an office with others. It has been the perfect gift, not only for Christmas, but also for supporting her day-to-day responsibilities at work. Practical, thoughtful, and well-suited for a shared workspace.

Super comfortable and easy to use, long lasting battery life so they're great for hiking or going to the gym. Sound quality is great, much better than your average headset.

The sound quality is great and the charge last forever. I would recomend these for people who like to block out noise and love clarity of music.

These were the best purchase I have made in a long time. Great battery life. The sound is deep and rich. The noise canceling is good as long as there is continual music or video. If not some sound can be heard but still better than if it wasn't on. It also has an aware mode so you can hear when others are talking to you. I really enjoy these. I use them with my phone and laptop.

Wasn’t expecting such nice sounding cans with excellent noise-cancelling features AND wind noise reduction on what people consider Bose’s lower-mid tier headphones. They don’t squeeze my head like Airpods Max and Sony XM4s do. And the synthetic leather is soft and comfortable as their name imply. Only con is some infrequent conectivity issues, most notable when paired to multiple devices at a time. I can confidently say these are my daily drivers. Also Aware mode is not as natural, but approximately 90% comparable to Apple’s offering on their Airpods Max

Bought these right before a flight, and they were a life saver. They block out all background noise (like plane engines), and have great sound quality. I charged them to full and they were at 60% about 10 hours later.

Very good headphones- comfortable and the sound quality is fantastic. It has a quiet mode and an aware mode, which I appreciate. It is also very user friendly with the controls. It also comes with a wire with a headphone jack for if you would prefer to use it that way. Very versatile, highly recommend

They perform and operate like a champ. They hold a good charge and are comfortable to wear.

BEST Headphones I have ever purchased. Bought a couple months ago had a full charge. Don’t use them all the time but from a couple months ago til now the charge is at 45% and haven’t even charged them once. Great quality of sound and the noise cancellation is awesome! Love this product and would recommend to anyone!

I like these headphones for traveling as they are light and comfortable, but I'm not sure they'd hold on during exercise. If I bend over they slide off my head a bit and need to be readjusted. I bought them while they were half off so I think they are good for the price I paid. I love the dual Bluetooth connection feature, super handy!

I absolutely love these headphones, my only complaint is that they do not pause the music when you take the headphones off. But outside of that I love them, they're so light and have great noise cancellation.
