My issue is connecting different devices to Bluetooth is flimsy and sometimes the audio will cut off all of a sudden in which you are required to push the button on the side to restart. I will be returning these, disappointed as this is my favorite color and in terms of audio these are better than my Sony Xm4s.

I really enjoy the quality of sound and the noise cancelling. Plane trips are much more tolerable. I love the feature that I can have my cell phone and computer connected. Any calls I receive interupt my computer and I can talk on the headphone!

Disappointed you do need to plug them directly into the airplane tv via jack. Will not pair to random items that dont have the abilty to have the app.

I hope I don't end up regretting it. I got them on sale for $100 off and they sound great, especially when I connect them to my Bose sound bar and I cast my music. Man they will blow your mind! I also bought them for a vacation flight I will take in June. I will use them a lot more and maybe update my review. So far I've used them late at night on weekends.

I ordered them open box in Excellent condition and there was very obvious signs of wear; they should have been listed as fair or maybe "good". I needed them desperately for work and didnt want to bother with the return process.

Unfortunately I had an issue with the charger and it caused the headphones to no longer charge. Customer support was quick and efficient. I received a replacement pair within days. Bose definitely acquired a repeat customer!
