Most times, I can’t hear them because their voice is muffled. This is when using the wired cord that comes with it. The Wireless oprion has a tendency to be a little bit more clearer, but still should work a lot better than it does for the price that I paid.

Beats and other different various types of headphones. Since I've purchased mine and the year 2019. And I still have my so I bought my wife a pair and hope she has the same results.
