    Very comfy and pretty good audio quality but I could not get over the fact that the audio was a little muffled/not as clear as my airpod pros. Had to return despite it being better at everything else. For that price point this should not have been an issue at all.

    Bose miss the mark with Bose QC..

    I bought these's to compare to my Sony WH-XB900N and the Bose QC were very disappointing for several reasons.. the Bose app is spotting at best of my Z fold4 and Z fold5 phone.. and the over sound is better on my Sonys..plus i had to turn the volume up louder on the Bose QC just to be satisfied with the music i was listening to and thats even with adjusting the EQ.. and the Bose QC over the ear headphones themselves were too small for my ears and would make my hears hurt... Finally i'm not a fan of the Noise canceling technology on any headphones but at least the Sonys allow me to disable that feature and enable the ambient mode so it doesn't feel like i have pressure in my ears... yes i know with the Bose you can enable Aware Mode but its still felt like the Noise canceling was still pressurizing my ears.. So sadly i returned them..

    Bose headphones have good sound quality but when stopping and/or pausing audio playback, a static noise occurs.

      Thanks for your review. When you say "static noise", if you mean you can hear a "noise floor", then this is normal in headphones with active electronics. It shouldn't be audible when your music is playing.     Sound quality is solid and microphone is decent. Unfortunately the bluetooth signal isn't consistent and will drop audio randomly (I have an iPhone 13 Pro and it continues to have issues)

    Loud crackling/static sound in headset

    I purchased these for extended air travel. The sound quality is as expected from a Bose product. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions, while in flight, the headphones put out a deafening crackling noise that seemed to sync with the engine power fluctuations of the plane. I literally ripped them off my ears due to the incredibly loud crackling in the headset.

Excessively noisy environments, e.g. planes taking off, can overwhelm the external mics, causing the headphones to crackle or distort. This can happen in both Quiet and Aware mode.     Bought it for my girlfriend for her birthday and she says the sound is not loud enough for her so she cannot enjoy this product
