This was the first time the item was not just open box but was repaired and used to a point where this item should not have been allowed to be sold. Very bad look on quality control, y’all have to do better.

However, they frequently make crackling noise and the audio is unintelligible. I have to reconnect to fix it. It seems to happen at random, sometimes shortly after I connect them and sometimes hours later.
