When the headsets were connected via Bluetooth, a squicky/scratchy sound came through. However, the noise-canceling feature, color, and app were top-notch. I wanted to keep the headphones, but for the price I paid, I shouldn't compromise on sound quality.

Great Sound When Possible

The sound is great on my desktop computer but connecting to my iPhone and MacBook Air isn't happening even though I have the Bose on the list possible connections.
