    Save your money only lasted 1.5 years :(

    I bought these in July of 2023 they were great now one of the speakers has so much static noise coming out of it. It hurts my ears. I take it out of noise cancelling to aware and it still there. I have taken care of them, never drop them or wet them. These are my first bose headphones and were not worth it for not lasting that long. Just be aware.

      Hi Iris, I'm sorry to hear there's a lot of static coming from one side of your QuietComfort Headphones! If this is happening no matter which noise cancelling mode you're in, then I would also try a reset of your headphones. To do this, remove the headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device, and from the Bose app. Then slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right and hold, simultaneously pressing and holding the Action button for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the status light blinks amber to indicate factory settings are being restored (2 to 3 seconds). When the reset is complete, the status light slowly blinks blue. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our support team for further troubleshooting assistance: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US.     Not That Quiet!

    Horrible Noise Cancellation, I can still hear noise from 5-15 feet away while on full noise cancellation and listening to music. So, so disappointed!

The combination of both active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced.     One of the worst experiences with headphones

    I got these a little over a month ago and have had constant issues with them. Frequently disconnecting from my phone and reconnecting, and lower the volume by itself and having a beeping noise. Truly disappointed with these headphones was looking forward to them when I bought them but now wish I went with a different pair of headphones. Do not recommend.

    Headphones Awesome Customer Service Terrible

    I had a terrible customer service experience with Best Buy, which I’ve never had before. There is no way to email them (that they respond to) when there is an issue. I used their chat function to address the issue, and they promised they would follow up but it has been three days and I’ve heard nothing. In the meanwhile my order was cancelled and my money is still sitting out there somewhere between PayPal and Best Buy - $300 cash! With no resolution in sight.

    Garbage Company Products

    I have always been a loyal Bose Customer since the early 1980s, but the Bose of today is nothing like the past the products are garbage have to return most of them. It is truly now a garbage company with a woke culture. Il never buy Bose again.
