One of the worst experiences with headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these a little over a month ago and have had constant issues with them. Frequently disconnecting from my phone and reconnecting, and lower the volume by itself and having a beeping noise. Truly disappointed with these headphones was looking forward to them when I bought them but now wish I went with a different pair of headphones. Do not recommend.

Headphones Awesome Customer Service Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a terrible customer service experience with Best Buy, which I’ve never had before. There is no way to email them (that they respond to) when there is an issue. I used their chat function to address the issue, and they promised they would follow up but it has been three days and I’ve heard nothing. In the meanwhile my order was cancelled and my money is still sitting out there somewhere between PayPal and Best Buy - $300 cash! With no resolution in sight.

Garbage Company Products

It is truly now a garbage company with a woke culture. Il never buy Bose again.
