I bought them because my neighborhood can get pretty loud during the day when I’m working so it can cause a bit of annoyance. I’ve had them for about a month now and they are amazing.

Good sound quality. Good noise cancelling. Hands down to sound! Only downside is the builtin mic, voice quality is not so great which I absolutely understand.

It blocks out all excess noise so I can concentrate on what I am listening to and not have to go back over content. Perfect for switching between my iPad and iPhone also.

I’ve tried other brands (Sony, Sennheiser, JBL, Apple) but none reach the threshold of performance that Bose consistently delivers.

If your QuietComfort Headphones aren't giving you enough bass, don't forget to use the Equalizer in the Bose app. Just go to the headphones' home screen, then tap on the "EQ" shortcut button, where you can try the "Bass Boost" preset. As for general volume, make sure the volume on your connected mobile device is turned up, if your device has its own separate volume. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support
