My problem is a bit too small for my ears, I felt a pain in one ear and unfortunately I had to give them back, but otherwise the headphones splendid

Most times, I can’t hear them because their voice is muffled. This is when using the wired cord that comes with it. The Wireless oprion has a tendency to be a little bit more clearer, but still should work a lot better than it does for the price that I paid.
