Only 2 things I dislike is the battery life goes down a little faster depending on how long you listen to them. When talking on the phone the other party sometimes is unable to hear clearly.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.there was really no noise canceling function in these headphones, they have good sound but a $20 headphone also has good sound and better connectivity.connecting to my phone was not hard but connecting through my phone to use the app was difficult the headphones do feel light but also very delicate like in an instant they could break I did like the hard case that comes with it

Others around you shouldn't be able to hear your audio content clearly unless you use the headphones at louder volumes, or unless they get up close to you. One thing to make sure of is that your headphones are sitting on your ears correctly, providing a firm but comfortable seal around them. Noise canceling not so good

The QuietComfort Headphones’ noise cancellation can be adjusted to your preference through the Bose app. Please also check your settings in the app to ensure you are in “Quiet” mode rather than “Aware” mode. In “Aware” mode, the external microphones feed outside sounds into the headset, which can make other noises or the noise floor seem louder.

Awful Customer service, major design flaws

Had a lady spell out "S-C-R-I-M" when she meant to say "screen." Then they forced me to destroy my $500 headphones by ripping out the "scrim" on the right ear cup so they could get the serial number. Why do you have to destroy the product to see the serial number?? Horrible, switching back to apple products pronto.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Headphones.
The "scrim" is the fabric part of the headphones found inside the earcup with L and R printed on either side. It's not a 'screen'. You will also not ruin the headphones by removing the cushions or the scrim. They're designed to be user replaceable.
