      Sorry to hear that the QuietComfort Headphones' volume and audio quality didn't quite match your expectations. These headphones are capable of supplying more than enough volume, so make sure your mobile device's volume (if it has its own separate volume) is turned up sufficiently. As for audio quality, don't forget to use the Equalizer in the Bose app to tweak the audio settings (bass, mids and treble) to your liking.
