||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful color and the sound is amazing. However, the color is bright so if it gets dirty, it will show easily. The headphones adjust but I have found that the fit is still too large for my head even when I adjust to the smallest size. While I was working out they started to slide off .. Other than that it’s pretty standard for over the ear headphones. Don’t know if I would buy again though .

Good battery life but…
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose QuietComfort headphones are great for casual listening and everyday use. The battery life is excellent and easily lasts through long days without needing a recharge. However, I’ve experienced some connectivity issues, including faint static sounds even when the device is nearby, which can be distracting. I also find that they slip from my head a bit, especially when studying, which affects comfort. While the sound is decent, I was hoping for better overall audio quality given the price. Solid headphones for comfort and battery life, but the sound, fit, and connectivity hold them back.

Sadly disappointed.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second set. First set was dirty and stained quickly from work and used to randomly stop having audio from my samsung phone. Bought a new set thinking maybe due to my work environment that they needed replaced. Nope. I love the sound, they are comfortable and easy to use but the sound disappears every so often and it takes a while to reconnect and play. It'll say connected but no sound. No issues feom my iphone. Now today 17 months later they just wuicy on me. They were fully charged but just stopped. Wont turn on and when i tey to chsrge the light just flashes. I've tried everything. I had such high hopes for Bose products and didnt purchase the extended plan, again because i trusted rhe Bose name, but sadly disappointed. Over $500 in Bose headphones just to throw in the trash.

Good but lacking!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones are very comfortable, not Too tight on the head. Sounds quality is good but lacking in pizazz. I can’t get the volume to go up very high and you can hear th music from the outside! Definitely not worth the price point!

Not what you would expect from the name Bose!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a $99.00 set of Raycon headphones that are far more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The noise cancellation feature is not as good as Bose Quiet Comforts they have the upper hand in that respect. But that does not justify the $150.00 price increase.Although the voice on the Raycons is nothing special it is far more tolerable than Bose. I will probably give the BQC’s away as I am severely disappointed in them. The Bose had good sound from my music collection, but again not for the price increase. They are uncomfortable for extended periods of time. For the money they should be as light in weight as possible to get the lightest headphones I would have had to pat close to $500.00 and my middle size ears should comfortably fit the cup shape. But they do not. I don’t think I will ever buy another set of headphones or earbuds unless I try them on in the store. I am in a hospital right now and it was an impossibility to do so. The Bose are not bad by any means but you me everyone should try them in a store first. I just think I could have spent my money more wisely by trying them at Best Buy. They are a great store. You can trust them.

A bit disappointing, even when on sale.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these on sale for $200 and I ended up returning them. The noise cancellation was very minimal, even when putting it on the highest level in the app. Additionally, every once in a while the audio would randomly stutter, even if my phone was right in my pocket. For a $200 pair of headphones, or $349 full price, this problem should NOT exist, and the noise cancellation should be much better. It’s real disappointing not only because of its price point, but also since its other qualities are good. Connecting to devices is super easy. The lilac color is cute. I never had to charge it a second time after receiving them and the audio quality was good too. However, the aforementioned negatives overshadow the positives in my eyes, especially for the price.

It is great that you enjoy the easy connectivity and audio quality of the headphones. It is odd that the headphones noise-cancelling wasn't working well, I understand you've returned then because of this. Posted .Hi Vanessa! If your QuietComfort Headphones aren't giving you enough bass, don't forget to use the Equalizer in the Bose app. Just go to the headphones' home screen, then tap on the "EQ" shortcut button, where you can try the "Bass Boost" preset. As for general volume, make sure the volume on your connected mobile device is turned up, if your device has its own separate volume. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

Good sound quality but poor mic
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound quality and multipoint works fine. Battery life is quiet good. However mic is hit or miss. Works decently well on my laptop but is wayyyy too quiet on phone calls with people. I have to yell for it to pick up the sound. And of course there is no way to adjust sensitivity in the Bose app or in the Android system settings. So if that's important then get another set of headphones. Sad considering the price and like it could work if the software was updated, but it hasn't been ...

|Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was expecting better quality for higher priced headphones. When you turn them on the intro sounds very cheap and robotic. They do not get very loud either. I like the variety in color but the sound isnt worth the price.

To whom it may concern
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to buy these Bose headphones to replace my 7 year old Beats Studio 3, but after two usage I decided to return them. They are a nice pair of headphones very stylish super comfortable unfortunately for me they are not snug enough, and are very flimsy so when I’m doing weight training they Tend to slip off depending on my mobility. I would not recommend these headphones to anyone that do high intensity workouts.

Beautiful sound quality, useless microphone
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love these headphones. They look great, they sound amazing, and the Bluetooth is the most solid I've ever had. The multi connect is awesome. The problem is the microphone. I bought these primarily as a work from home tool, for meetings. They worked fine for a week or two, and then the microphone started fading in and out. It seems to work okay sometimes if I shout, but when talking at a normal volume it either fails to pick up my voice, or my voice is way too quiet. This is the case on window, mac, and Android. I googled a lot and tried changing the self voice setting, but so far nothing works. Bose, please fix this issue! I read many other accounts of the same problem, but no one had a solution.

Posted .Hi there,
I'm happy to see that you're loving the sound, Bluetooth connectivity, and look of the headphones.
When using your headphones on calls, please double check that there is nothing obstructing the microphone ports near the hinges of the ear cups. I'd also suggest making sure that the headphones are not leaned too far back when worn. This could reduce pick up response and quality.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up returning these because the sound quality wasnt what I expected. It has great sound cancellation though. Also these things made my ears hot! Like sweating under there. It was okay for the winter but I could not imagine walking around wearing them mid summer. And working out with them wasnt great either because of that reason. The vibe I got from these were good airport/airplane headphones. 5/10
