Bose Ear buds are cheaper and cancel sound better

I've owned and used Bose QuietComfort Noise-Cancelling Wireless Earbuds in the past and figured the over the ear ones must provide something special to justify being $100 more then their earbud counter parts but the sound cancelation is worse!? They are comfortable but if you want noise cancelation as your primary don't bother with these bulky things.

Posted .Hello Marie, we are sorry to hear about the noise canceling of the Bose QuietComfort headphones havent quite met your expectations.
Check your settings in the app to make sure you are in "Quiet" mode not "Aware" mode. In "Aware" mode, external mics on the headset feed outside sounds into the headset and therefore can make other noises or the noise floor seem louder.
