The customer service at Best Buy was phenomenal, although the headphones did not work for what I needed them for, I was able to return and get the right device for what I needed!!!

They are comfortable for long wear, light weight so they do not cause my head to hurt and I love the way they look! Excellent noise cancellation, high comfort and clear sound quality . They are really useful for travelling and long listening sessions. Sound is balanced and pleasant. These were an upgrade from an older pair that finally died. She loves that she can use them both wired or wireless. They are comfortable and work very well.

A no go for athletes

I do a lot of running during training camp which is why I decided to try these noise cancelation headphones which at first did in fact cancel the noise however they started to malfunction making a screeching noise that wouldn’t go away. I then took them back to the store in order to exchange them for a new pair however the store would not do it because they didn’t have the color green in stock which would have forced me to pay $110 more dollars than what I originally paid for them. However the battery life was pretty good because they where on 80% when I returned them 5 days later

The headphones are very well. They are very comfortable on my ears and the sound that comes through is remarkable. I would recommend somebody who’s looking for a high-end headphones and don’t wanna pay over four $500 I would give these headphones five stars
