I’m rating the shipping and handling of my package 1 star: First, the package was delivered 2 days after the supposed delivery date (I was alerted of this at 10pm of said date). Second, the original Bose box packaging came open/torn and someone had obviously tried to reseal it. Third, the headphones arrived turned on and at 50%. I’m just hoping the product itself wasn’t tampered with. I rate the actual headphones 3 stars: The noise cancelling is okay. It does reduce some background noise, but even with the quiet setting, I can hear my surroundings well (eg. I can have a conversation with someone without them raising their voice and can even hear other’s conversations and footsteps). The audio quality is fair, nothing impressive. I do like that there is a Bose app for the personalization/preferences though. Overall disappointed with the product, but I’ll give them another try to test their durability. You can definitely find other headphones for a lower price and same or even better quality.

Got them for my wife and she loves them. Great sounds quality. She also loves the colors. The noice cancelling is great as well. May buy another soon.

Works very well, love the sound, so clear and great bass. Noise canceling works good for low volume sounds, I work in a hogh compressed air environment, these head work very well. Doesn't drown all the sounds. 95% of the surrounding sounds are gone. I would refer these head phones to anyone!

When I saw it on sale I grabbed it right away! Bose has been one of the best company producing good quality headphones in the market. Worth the buy!

I purchased these Bose headphones to replace my 15 year old JVC headphones that I use on planes. I used them on my most recent trip and they worked great. They were comfortable & worked well with the plane entertainment system. I am in a new world with charging by USB connections. I look forward to using them for many years.

These re the 2nd pair of headphones I’ve bought previous ones lasted 7 years. I live the comfort in the over the ear and that I can hear just the music and no background noise.

I use these while mowing my yard. It cancels out the mower and all I hear is my music. Fits good they stay in place.

The noise canceling feature is great! It is a bit more bulky than the previous brand I owned. The accompanying instructions were not adequate. The plug that was included did not work well. Those who are tech savvy, this will work great.

Great sound and love the noise canceling mode. Connected bluetooth directly to the video on the airplane. I have the earbuds as well. I recommend both.

These are the BEST! My ears are sensitive and I can definitely tell the difference between these and AirPods. Drowns out background noises - definitely worth the price! Last but not least I love this color!
