If your QuietComfort Headphones aren't giving you enough bass, don't forget to use the Equalizer in the Bose app. Just go to the headphones' home screen, then tap on the "EQ" shortcut button, where you can try the "Bass Boost" preset. The ANC (active noise canceling) could be a bit better for the prices. Most of all i love how easy it is to switch to different modes (switchwing from full ANC to aware mode) when need.
