Hands-down, the best over the head-Headphones! Sound quality is 100% on point! Holds a great charge! Switching from aware to the quiet mode is great! The gym is a very noisy atmosphere so I don’t wanna hear anything but my music and Bose does just that!! I’m definitely satisfied with these!

First set was dirty and stained quickly from work and used to randomly stop having audio from my samsung phone. Bought a new set thinking maybe due to my work environment that they needed replaced. Nope. I love the sound, they are comfortable and easy to use but the sound disappears every so often and it takes a while to reconnect and play. It'll say connected but no sound. No issues feom my iphone. Now today 17 months later they just wuicy on me. They were fully charged but just stopped. Wont turn on and when i tey to chsrge the light just flashes. I've tried everything. I had such high hopes for Bose products and didnt purchase the extended plan, again because i trusted rhe Bose name, but sadly disappointed. Over $500 in Bose headphones just to throw in the trash.

Best Buy - incredibly disappointed. Bose CX - love

Headphones are incredibly comfortable and the sound quality is great, HOWEVER, they glitch a lot and they have connectivity issues. At times, I would be listening to music on a phone and then suddenly the music would cut off for seconds only to come back moments later. On the computer, it's even worse, and they disconnect various times. Granted, this could be a problem with just my particular headphone, but upon going to Best Buy after speaking to a CX representative online, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because it was past the return date, despite telling me online that a store manager could potentially help me given my circumstances. Respectfully, I think there should be more consideration for people wanting to return items that are faulty and this expensive. Bose CX have been very helpful so far though, so love them.

We’re glad to hear you find the headphones comfortable with great sound quality, but we’re sorry to learn about the glitches and connectivity issues you’ve experienced. When using multipoint, a secondary Bluetooth device may receive a text or email notification and attempt to broadcast audio to your product. This can interrupt the primary Bluetooth connection and affect bandwidth, causing intermittent audio or sporadic disconnections.

It has good sound quality and I enjoy the different modes it provides for different environments. Perfect for studying, in the gym, or just for fun! Battery life is very good but I have yet to see any issues as my ownership is limited in duration.

These are some of the best over the ear ANC headphones I have ever owned that are in the $300-$400 range but sometimes they go on sale for $250 or less. Excellent sound quality. Fit is comfortable
