The sound quality is good but not comfortable around my ears or over my head.

Shopped around for headphones and came across Bose headphones. Overall great product and will buy another set of headphones for my spouse.

Head phones were excellenet, my granddaughter loved them. I got better price at best buy and they are under my warranty program.

They work great and are very comfortable. They don't cause that weird ear clog like some other noise cancelling headphones.

I would have given them 5 stars if they were a little tighter and I could answer the phone easier. very good sound quality.

Worked great - for a few months. Customer service is appalling. No one speaks English. Had a lady spell out "S-C-R-I-M" when she meant to say "screen." Then they forced me to destroy my $500 headphones by ripping out the "scrim" on the right ear cup so they could get the serial number. Why do you have to destroy the product to see the serial number?? Horrible, switching back to apple products pronto.

I have been a long time customer of Bestbuy. I recently purchased a pair of Bose Quiet headphones and and a Soney 50in Bravia3 TV they are hands down the best. Bestbuy is my go to for all electronics.

Im old customer bought many things during the years in store or online with my husband or by myself . Never had such a bad experience with Best Bay..i ordered and they should deliver the next day.I waited nobody's showed up of course, next days was the same..spoke 5x with them..Lies after Lies..dont worry soon you will receive the headphones. Then when i said i want my money back..they lied to me that will return but nobody returned nothing. After more then a week or 10d may be, they left like garbage in front of my door in very thin paper back.,.TERRIBLE.,regret million times i bough from them..Amazon or other company like Bose will treat me in different way im sure,and the first headphones...they were damaged from the begining as someone said...they should tell me...otherwise the Headphones are very good,i love Bose like company for future will buy from them.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas and she loves them. She uses them a lot when we travel.

They were nice. Not easy for me on comfort as if I removed headset, did not work like beats. If one ear was off, did not work at all. Easier to look nice than work for me. Would buy again once a few generations of item have been improved.

This purchase which I bought two pair as gifts. They were the very worst quality wise, Bose products I’ve ever had. Best Buy has always sold quality products at a fair price, name brand or not, but absolutely tried these out for about 10 min. Sound has horrible a d I believe it was the outside construction pure plastic, thin flimsy plastic that made the sound so horrible, these were An immediate return, we went back to ear buds we have used for travel, a lot of flights and hotels, they never get old. Amazing, quality. We thought these would be nice as we listen to podcasts and movies and sometimes laying in the bed an ear bud falls out but we can easily find in the morning. But these plastic things no match, put your money in something with good sound and lasting quality.
