This was the first time the item was not just open box but was repaired and used to a point where this item should not have been allowed to be sold. Very bad look on quality control, y’all have to do better.

Hate to find that there was no finger touch controlled voice. More expensive with less features did nt find much difference in sound quality as compared to my old one. There is a slight improvement in noise cancellation.

The headphones are nice, I just wish the sound was a little louder

Had to return despite it being better at everything else. For that price point this should not have been an issue at all.
